Shipping
Our queueing system is a first come, first serve basis.
Please allow between 1-5 business days for production. Once packed and ready, it will then be picked up by the designated courier and will be in transit for approximately 3-4 business days for orders shipping to the U.S.
Transit times may vary for orders shipping to Canada and the rest of the world.
IMPORTANT: Transit times may take longer than usual during peak seasons.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products being made to order, all products are final sale. In the event that an order arrived defective, we will arrange a replacement to be shipped right away.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
International
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and transit times may vary from country to country.
If any existing order's tracking info has been held up or stuck for more than 15+ days, we advise calling your local customs office to check if it's available for pickup or if there are any custom fees that needs to be settled.
Customs & Import Fees
We are not responsible for any custom or import fees that may be charged for international orders.
The customer is entirely responsible for all fees that has been issued by the country's custom office. If an order has been returned to us due to being unclaimed at customs, we will be open to arrange a reshipment of the product or issue a website credit.
Due to the nature of our products being made to order; refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please see Returns & Refunds Policy for more info.
Tracking Information
All orders once packed are issued a designated tracking number. You will be sent an e-mail with this information after your order has shipped. Once shipped, we will have no contact or control over it. Drivers / couriers are the one responsible in scanning and updating all tracking information.
It may take up to 48-72 hours for your first tracking update to appear. In the event that an order has been marked "Delivered" and a package is not present, we have no way of contacting the courier / delivery employee directly assigned to it.
You will have to directly contact your local post office or the courier responsible for this certain operation.
Returned To Sender / Failed Delivery
If an order is sent back to us by the courier, please contact us and we will arrange a reshipment of the product as soon as possible.
Order Cancellation
After an order is confirmed, you will have 24 hours to cancel or make changes. Once the given time has pass, your cancellation rights will be voided.
